Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. All our tours are custom designed and planned in consultation with you.
2. A detailed itinerary and invoice will be forwarded to you for final approval.
3. Once the final itinerary is agreed upon, the total invoice must be paid in full for us to continue with organising & booking accommodation & activities.
4. Tailor-made tours are subject to various cancellation policies as we have booked & paid various accommodations, activities and possibly various other costs to secure your planned tour
5. Any cancellation or amendment/s to your planned itinerary must be in writing with detailed reasons for your cancellation.
6. All cancellations & refunds will be subject to the terms & conditions of the relative accommodations and activity providers and other providers we have already paid.
7. We will assist in all ways possible on your behalf to get you the best possible refund (if possible and applicable) with the relevant suppliers should you have valid reasons for cancellation.
8. Any refunds received from these suppliers by Bushbaby Safaris Zululand on your behalf are subject to a 10% administration fee, the balance thereafter will be paid to you.

Safari Bookings & Cancellation Policy

1. All safari bookings must be fully paid at the time of booking to secure your spot.
2. We only accept a maximum of 9 guests on each safari per day.
3. Arrangements for larger groups can be done only on enquiry beforehand but not guaranteed.
4. Please specify if you would like a private safari at the time of booking. No extra fees apply.
5. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and received via email or relevant WhatsApp number.
6. All and any refunds are subject to an admin fee of 10% of the total being refunded.
7. Full refund of fees paid less admin fee (10%) if notified at least 24 hours prior start time.
8. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to start time – 50% refundable less admin fee of 10%.
9. Less than 12 hours prior to start time or in the event of a “no show” – NO REFUND DUE!
